Suvankar Banerjee

Founder & Managing Partner 

Suvankar is based in the firm’s Gurgaon office specializing in attracting top talent to large Indian Conglomerates & reputed MNCs. Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Suvankar served as the Managing Partner of DHR Global based in their Delhi office where he was consistently ranked as the firm’s top biller in APAC region.

Suvankar’s executive consulting experience started with the engineering division of a leading executive search firm in India. He began his professional career as an Application Specialist with L&T, an engineering conglomerate, and was instrumental in the expansion of the Eutectic Division’s operations in East India. His successive assignment was with Castrol, the lubricant arm of BP, where he made notable contributions to the company’s growth in the B2B segment pertaining to the metals, mining and power industries. He was also the Key Account Head for several auto OEMs for their first fill business in India.

Suvankar is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate with Post Graduate in Business Management from XLRI.

Minjun Chow

Principal Consultant

Minjun is a senior executive search and leadership advisory professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting organisations across Asia Pacific in identifying, assessing and appointing senior leadership talent. His work spans end-to-end executive search, succession planning, talent mapping, and leadership assessment, with a strong track record across industrials, manufacturing, energy, chemicals, and financial services.

Known for his ability to work closely with senior decision-makers, he has partnered with regional and multinational organisations to navigate leadership transitions, build C-suite pipelines, and strengthen future-ready management teams. His advisory approach is grounded in deep market understanding, analytical rigor, and a solutions-driven mindset that prioritises long-term business performance.

Minjun has previously held senior positions within international executive search firms, where he played an integral role in growing practices across the Asian markets. His experience working across Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and Greater China gives him nuanced insight into cultural dynamics, leadership behaviours, and talent trends shaping high-growth industries today.

He holds an MBA from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of Hawaii. Passionate about developing impactful leaders, Minjun continues to work with business stakeholders to strengthen organisational capability and enable sustainable growth.

Reetika Ajmani

Consultant

With over a decade of distinguished experience in executive search and senior-level talent acquisition, Reetika is a seasoned recruitment professional having worked across diverse industries and geographies. She specialises in aligning top-tier executive talent — particularly at C-suite and leadership levels — with organisational vision, culture and long-term growth objectives. 

In June 2025, Reetika joined Ethovia Global as a Consultant, where she leverages her recruitment skills and industry insights to deliver tailored leadership hiring solutions for both emerging enterprises and established companies. Her approach centres on precision, agility, and boutique-style attention to the unique needs of each client — whether a startup or a large corporation. 

Prior to Ethovia Global, she built a robust track record at top executive search firms, leading searches across APAC & EMEA, especially in sectors such as financial services, consulting, technology, engineering, and professional services. Her work has consistently emphasised not just recruitment, but strategic cultural and organizational alignment. 

Reetika is also an active thought-leader. She regularly shares insights on leadership hiring, DEI, AI strategy and organizational culture — reflecting her holistic view that leadership and talent acquisition extend beyond matching resumes to roles.
