Talent Assessment Frameworks

We help firms to unlock potential by assessing talent capabilities vis-à-vis value enhancing roles in the firm. Our model will help to identify the roles which are directly enhancing the enterprise value and then map existing talent against those role requirements. That too from the roles present impact as well as the roles future impact. This we do by engaging in conversations which assess how the role is going to morph/change over say the next 2-3 years.
This will help the firm to identify gaps and thus help them to take a make or buy decision on talent.

We have tools which assess individuals at the time of talent acquisition or even an existing employee when the organization decides to move, change or elevate the role.

  • Team Coaching (to help the leader’s new team become more cohesive or collaborative and this is done by our certified team coaches)

HR Structure, Processes and Systems design

We help organizations to set up their HR function or run their HR function as an outsourced process.
Herein we partner as the organization’s HR department and help design the whole function end to end before handing over.
The client takes the call of how long they want us to run the function and hand over. Subsequently, we may hand hold from time to time on project basis.
